During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five convenience store apps in South America showed varied performance metrics, particularly in terms of weekly downloads and active users. This data, gathered by Sensor Tower, provides a unified view across both iOS and Android platforms.

VMmarket experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 2.5K in late September and peaking at around 3.3K by mid-December. The app saw fluctuations but maintained a generally upward trend throughout the quarter.

OXXO Domicilios also demonstrated notable growth in downloads, beginning Q4 with just over 1K weekly downloads and reaching its highest point at 2.6K in early November. Although there were some declines, the app managed to keep its download numbers above 1K for most weeks.

Balluarte showed a different pattern with more variability. Starting the quarter with around 426 downloads, it experienced a significant peak of 762 downloads in late October and another surge to 705 downloads in the final week of December.

Dollar General had a relatively stable performance in terms of active users, maintaining an average of around 3K weekly active users throughout the quarter. However, its weekly downloads were modest, peaking at 298 downloads in mid-October and seeing a decline towards the end of the year.

Finally, Good To Go & My Good Rewards showed sporadic download activity, with a significant spike to 532 downloads in early November but generally lower numbers for the rest of the quarter.
